A fixture in kitchens in Punjab, gajar, gobhi, shalgam pickle is made during winter from these seasonal vegetables and is a perfect accompaniment to any meal during the day.
Graminway’s Gajar Gobhi Shalgam Pickle uses only organically grown cauliflower, turnip, and special red carrots sourced directly from farmers. They are peeled and cut by hand, and washed and dried out in the sun. We then add the spices which include fenugreek, mustard, fennel, and cumin among others for bold flavours. It all comes together in a base of mustard oil and jaggery for an impactful finish!
