This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.mozaicq.com website or the eponymous mobile applications as defined below.

  1. Introduction
    Stargazer Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Stargazer"/”MozaicQ”/"we"/"us"/"our") a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at #111, Site No 9, Kothnoor Villeage Uthrahalli, Hobli, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, 560077, India owns and operates the MozaicQ website located at https://www.mozaicq.com ("Site") and the MozaicQ mobile applications available for download via various platforms ("Apps"), collectively referred to as the "MozaicQ Platform". The MozaicQ Platform is a channel that helps registered users ("Members"/”You”/”Users”) to buy and sell goods. Our Terms of Service ("Terms"), are intended and designed to create a fun, fair, non discriminatory and safe environment for all Members. You are expected to read these Terms carefully as they govern our relationship with the Members and their usage of MozaicQ Platform. By using the MozaicQ Platform, Members are agreeing to our Terms and Policies, which may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion.

  2. What is MozaicQ?
    • MozaicQ Platform is a conglomeration/grouping of members into various groups that are formed either by us or by the Members themselves. These groups are referred to as “Community”.
    • Communities are managed and moderated directly by Community administrators and moderators and/or by us (see further: Community Management Section below).
    • Some of these administrators and moderators may be appointed by us. The terms governing the relationship between any such individual and MozaicQ is out of purview of this document and doesn’t in any way violate the Terms specified here.
    • Each Community may have specific rules that are not created, governed or controlled by MozaicQ. However, if there is any discrepancy between specific rules in a Community and these Terms as described here, these Terms will govern in all matters. If you are concerned about any specific rules in a Community, you may contact MozaicQ to seek clarifications. Our contact information is at the end of these Terms.
  3. Account R egistration
    • Process. In order to access certain parts of the MozaicQ Service, you may be required to create a MozaicQ account (an “Account”). In connection with creating an Account, you must provide certain information (“Registration Data”) and answer all questions or fields marked “required.” You agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete Registration Data; (ii) maintain and update such Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete; and (iii) consent to allow MozaicQ to contact you for the purpose of confirming some or all of your Registration Data, to conduct research and to resolve disputes, as MozaicQ may elect to do from time to time.
    • Facebook Connect. You may use your Facebook account to access and use the MozaicQ Service by logging into the MozaicQ Service via your Facebook account. You also agree to the Facebook Terms of Use in connection with your use of the MozaicQ Service.
    • Google Connect. You may use your Google account to access and use the MozaicQ Service by logging into the MozaicQ Service via your Google account. You also agree to the Google Terms of Use in connection with your use of the MozaicQ Service.
  4. Community Management
    A “Moderator" is someone who either is self appointed by creating a Community on the MozaicQ Platform and/or is assigned the role of administrating the Community. They may work in conjunction with other Administrators appointed by MozaicQ to maintain and promote the Community. Together such Moderators and Administrators would be termed as “Community Managers”.
    The Community Managers may have access to additional features of the MozaicQ Platform to monitor and better manage their Community. The role of an ideal Community Manager is to foster healthy growth in the Community and try to ensure that all interactions happens in a friendly manner with utmost respect to all the Members. Community Managers may have to mediate any dispute that may arise between Members from time to time. However, this is purely a voluntary act and the Community Managers have no legal obligation and assume no liability for resolving conflicts among Members.
    Community Managers are expected to accept people requesting to join their Community in a timely fashion and in an impartial manner. While MozaicQ provides basic guidance to all the Community Managers defining the rules behind Acceptance or Rejection, they however hold the right to grant or restrict access to the Community or certain features in the Community but may not unreasonably prevent access to Members who fulfill the said criteria defining the membership of the Community. The membership criteria of certain communities may be strictly as per the discretion of the Moderator. We can only offer broad guidelines to Moderators which they are expected to adhere to and do not assume any liability towards such matters.
    Community Managers may also occasionally and with serious cause restrict access to people committing a serious offence on the MozaicQ Platform, such as but not limited to, breaches of these Terms or Community Rules (as defined further below), selling stolen or counterfeit goods or other items on the Prohibited Items list. Community Managers may not restrict access to MozaicQ for reasons other than their behaviour on the MozaicQ Platform such as but not limited to their personal relationship with the member or their actions and status on another social network.
    Community Managers may optionally implement certain "Discretionary Rules" as long as they are reasonable and do not prevent Members from benefiting fully from the MozaicQ Platform. Community Managers may also not restrict Members from using certain features of the MozaicQ Platform as long as the usage is in accordance with the “Community Rules” or “Discretionary Rules” as explicitly stated in the “About Community” section of the Community Screen in the Platform, force Members to use features in ways they were not intended or limit the frequency of their actions (such as posting) in any manner other than what is inherently possible as per the features and rules of MozaicQ Platform . Additionally, Community Managers may not charge their Members any kind of fee to use MozaicQ Platform.
    Community Managers may remove content they deem inappropriate, illegal or against MozaicQ’s Terms. They may not, however, remove Items because of how long they have been listed for, the level of or the status or past behaviour of that member in the community or its behavior outside the platform. MozaicQ may however implement algorithms and rules that may impact the position and visibility of Postings and Profiles.
    MozaicQ reserves the right but shall have no obligation to monitor and/or override any Discretionary Rules or decisions made by Community Managers that do not adhere to the letter or spirit of the Terms or any other Policies that are referenced herein.
  5. User Content
    Content that any member post in MozaicQ platform is referred to as “User Content” or “Your Content”. We don’t make any claim to User Content which includes anything Members/You post, share or perform in our platform (including but not limited to listing photos, listing descriptions, usernames, profile pictures, comments, likes, links, etc.).
    • Responsibility for User Content. Members are solely responsible for their respective User Content. By posting content on the MozaicQ Platform, Members represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights to grant the license rights granted herein.
    • By posting Your Content, you grant MozaicQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of Your Content to provide the Services and to promote MozaicQ, your MozaicQ account, or the Services in general, in any formats and through any channels, including across any MozaicQ Services or third-party website or advertising medium
    • Reporting Unauthorised Content. If content that you own or have rights to has been posted in MozaicQ Platform without your permission and you want it removed, please report to us at legal@mozaicq .com. If Your Content infringes another person’s intellectual property or goes against the spirit of the platform and the community or breaks the law of the land (severally or together), we will remove it if we receive proper notice. We’ll notify you if that happens.
    • No user is allowed to post content that propagates hatred, is threatening, is sexual or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
    • You also agree not to post any content that is false and misleading or uses the Services in a manner that is fraudulent or deceptive.
    • Members can delete content and information, however if you share information with other Members that information and content may remain available to those Members, and the persons or Community with whom they have shared that content and information.
    • By posting any content in our Platform, you are automatically granting the right of accessing and sharing the information within the bounds of MozaicQ and MozaicQ Community rules. In certain cases, the profile information of other users who have shared your content may appear along with yours
  6. Rules for Buying and Selling
    MozaicQ is not involved in the actual transactions between Members - sellers or buyers. For further clarity: All agreements made for the exchange or purchase of goods or services are made directly between Members. MozaicQ Platform facilitates communication between the Buyer and the Seller.Each seller where payment is enabled in Mozaicq platform would specify their payment terms and return policy in their seller page and the same would be showcased to you during your purchase. Please read the same nd understand it carefully while making a purchase
  7. Prohibited Items
    MozaicQ prohibits the sale of a number of items, such as but not limited to firearms & explosive materials, drugs & psychotropic substances, alcoholic beverages, prescription drugs and medicines, sexually explicit content, gambling, solicitation services, regulated products and services and illegal goods and services ("Prohibited Items"). It is up to Members to ensure that they are not posting any goods or services that are illegal in their jurisdictions. This list is updated from time to time and is the part of MozaicQ's Terms and Policies. MozaicQ may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove any item, content or information that it views as being a Prohibited Item. Community Managers also have authority within their community/communities to remove Prohibited Items without notice. Members may report any Prohibited Items they see posted via email at legal@mozaicq .com
  8. Safety
    We expect certain commitments from all our Members to keep MozaicQ platform safe. This includes but is not limited to:
    1. No posting of content that: is threatening, is sexual or pornographic; incites violence.
    2. No bullying, intimidation, or harassment of any member in the Platform. When interacting with other members in-person, or through any other medium within or outside MozaicQ, you commit to indulge in no behaviour that is in any way: sexual, insulting, threatening, or violent; intimidates another member of the community or any other person; or generally any other form of behaviour that is deemed to fall below the expected standard of behaviour.
    3. You commit not to use MozaicQ platform to do anything unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
    4. MozaicQ allows Users to message each other within the Platform. You are expected not to spam or sending any unauthorized communication to other users.
    5. You will not indulge in broadcasting spam content to any Community.
    6. MozaicQ platform allows user to commit to transactions that they have agreed upon and expects user to honour the same. MozaicQ may provide feature(s) to indicate whenever any transaction is agreed upon or whenever an agreed upon transaction is rendered unsuccessful. We expect you to fully utilize these features to make our Platform better.
    7. No collection of Members' content or information for any purpose other than responding to and facilitating a purchase or sale on products and services listed in MozaicQ platform.
    8. You are not allowed to promote or provide link to other platforms competing directly or indirectly with MozaicQ without explicit permission from MozaicQ.
    9. No promoting or linking to external websites or mobile applications that contain content that goes against the letter or spirit of these Terms or Policies.
    10. MozaicQ doesn’t assume any liability towards any User Content, where any link or reference to an external site, application or any other form of content is provided.
    11. MozaicQ would provide access to every users Public Profile in Facebook which would be governed by the Terms & Conditions of Facebook and MozaicQ has no control over any information such provided.
    12. You will not share or solicit login information or other private details of users. You will not let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
    13. MozaicQ doesn’t allow access via automated means/software programs/bots without our prior permission.
    14. You will not upload any kind of malicious code.
    15. No facilitation, encouragement or actual violations of our Terms or Policies.
    You acknowledge that by using the MozaicQ Platform, you might be exposed to materials that you consider offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will MozaicQ be liable in any way for such materials or content but if you see any offensive or otherwise objectionable content on the MozaicQ Platform (eg. offers for sale or requests to purchase) please inform us. MozaicQ reserves the right, but not the obligation to regulate content on the MozaicQ Platform. As stated previously, MozaicQ also has the right in its sole discretion to limit, modify, suspend or discontinue or remove any content. However, MozaicQ and its representatives shall not be liable for any losses, damages or harm resulting from such action or inaction.
  9. Your Account
    We ask for your real name and location and login via your Facebook account when you join MozaicQ or as and when you undergo any changes in terms of these details. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information as needed.
    Here are the commitments Members make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of their account:
    • Members will not provide any false information on MozaicQ. You will keep your account information up to date.
    • Members under 18 are only permitted with a parent or legal guardian's supervision (including that parent or guardian agreeing to these Terms and our Policies on behalf of the Member).
    • In case your account is removed or you are suspended from the MozaicQ platform, you will not create another account without our permission.
    • Do not share your password or any other account information with others that may compromise the security and privacy of your account.
  10. Privacy
    We view protection of Your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information is one of our most important assets. We store and process Your Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with InformationTechnology Act 2000 and Rules there under. Our current Privacy Policy is available at Privacy. If You object to Your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use Website.
    We may share personal information with our other corporate entities and affiliates. These entities and affiliates may market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly opt-out.
    We may disclose personal information to third parties. This disclosure may be required for us to provide youaccess to our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our User Agreement, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our Services. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
    We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. We may disclose personal information to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of our users or the general public.
    We and our affiliates will share / sell some or all of your personal information with another business entity should we (or our assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business. Should such a transaction occur that other business entity (or the new combined entity) will be required to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information.
  11. Mobile Applications (Apps)
    Access to our mobile applications (Apps) is provided free of charge. Mobile carrier rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges may apply. If you download the App from a third party platform provider (eg. App Store; Google Play) ("Platform Provider"), you acknowledge and agree to the following additional terms:
    1. This Agreement is concluded solely between MozaicQ and you and not with Platform Provider, and MozaicQ not Platform Provider, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof. To the extent this Agreement provides for usage rules for the App which are less restrictive or in conflict with the Platform Provider's Terms of Service, the more restrictive or conflicting Platform Provider term will take precedence and will apply;
    2. Platform Provider has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. MozaicQ is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Platform Provider, and Platform Provider will refund the purchase price for App to you and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Platform Provider will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be MozaicQ’s sole responsibility;
    3. MozaicQ, not Platform Provider, is responsible for addressing any claims you may have or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.; and/or (iv) intellectual property infringement claims; and
    4. Platform Provider, and Platform Provider's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Platform Provider will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
  12. Fees & Payments
    MozaicQ is free to use, including creating an account, joining and participating in Communities as well as downloading and using our Apps.
    MozaicQ reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, MozaicQ may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Platform. In such an event MozaicQ reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Platform and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to Stargazer Technologies Private Limited. Our fee policies with sellers who are either selling or displaying in our platform may be individually tailored depending on mutual consent between MozaicQ and the Seller. We may also charge users/sellers for availing any kind of in/off platform advertisement/display/exhibition/promotional services/functionality that we may offer. Any such fee would be communicated to the users on a case by case basis as and when such a scenario is envisaged.
    MozaicQ platform showcases items where sellers are allowed to display their products,services and stores for which the actual goods/service and corresponding financial transaction can happen outside the platform. For certain products, the actual order and transaction happens on MozaicQ platform where the buyers purchases and pays for the product/service in MozaicQ platform itself. For items where the buyers and sellers only connect in the MozaicQ platform and the actual transaction happens outside MozaicQ platform, such transactions will vary in value and are negotiated directly between Buyers and Sellers. MozaicQ doesn’t bear any responsibility whatsoever towards the buyer or the seller in consummating/fulfilling such transactions. Both the Buyer and the Seller are endeavouring to buying/selling items at the price and terms agreed between themselves and consummate the transaction in good faith. MozaicQ, however from time to time introduce Sellers and or products, such that the product/s can be purchased in the MozaicQ platform itself. For all such purchases, our shipping, delivery, return and refund policy is listed below in the Order Management Policy section.
  13. Liability
    Disclaimer. MozaicQ Platform, all the materials and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to You through this Platform are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Without prejudice to the forgoing paragraph, MozaicQ does not warrant that:
    • This Platform will be constantly available, or available at all; or
    • The information on this Website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

    MozaicQ will not be liable to You in any way or in relation to the Contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, the Website. MozaicQ does not warrant that this Platform; information, Content, materials, product (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to You through the Platform; their servers; or electronic communication sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.
    Nothing on Platform constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. All the Products sold on Website are governed by different state laws and if Seller is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, the liability of return or in giving credit for the amount (if any) received in advance bySeller from the sale of such Product should rest with the Seller.
    MozaicQ does not take responsibility or liability for the actions, products, content and services on the Website, which are linked to Affiliates and / or third party websites/platforms using Website's/platform’s APIs or otherwise. In addition, the Website may provide links to the third party websites of Our affiliated companies and certain other businesses for which, MozaicQ assumes no responsibility for examining or evaluating the products and services offered by them. MozaicQ do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of such third party website(s). MozaicQ does not endorse, in any way, any third party website(s) or content thereof.
    You shall indemnify and hold harmless MozaicQ, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
    Limitation of liability: In no event shall MozaicQ be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms of use, even if user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
    Release : Because we do not control Buyers, Sellers or any Members, you agree that you bear all risk and you agree to release us (and our officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and third party partners) and our designees from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, now and in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the MozaicQ Platform.
  14. Termination
    Members may terminate their account and/or stop using MozaicQ at anytime. MozaicQ reserves the right to, at any time, under any circumstances and without prior notice, immediately ban or terminate or suspend all or a portion of a member's account and/or access to MozaicQ. Cause for such termination shall include but is not limited to: Violations of the letter or spirit of these Terms or any other Policies that are referenced herein and/or posted on MozaicQ; A request by a member to cancel or terminate an account they opened; Discontinuance or material modification to MozaicQ or any party thereof; A request and/or order from law enforcement, a judicial body, or other government agency; where provision of the MozaicQ, or any component thereof, to a member is or may become unlawful; unexpected technical or security issues or problems; or participation in fraudulent or illegal activities. Any such termination or suspension shall be made by MozaicQ in its sole discretion, and MozaicQ will not be responsible to any member or any third party for any damages that may result or arise out of such termination or suspension of an account and/or access to MozaicQ.
  15. Governing Law & Disputes
    Users shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made andnotifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information andTechnology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them respectively for using Payment Facility and MozaicQ Website.
    Applicable Law
    Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bangalore.
    You shall indemnify and hold harmless MozaicQ, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
  16. Definitions
    "Administrator" means a Member of MozaicQ who is responsible for the management and moderation of one or more Communities. Also referred to as Community Managers, jointly with Moderators.
    "Buyer" means any Member who connects with one or more Sellers with the intent of purchasing Items.
    "Item" means good(s) and/or services posted for sale by a Seller via the MozaicQ Platform.
    "Member Data" means any data, including a member's content or information that Members can retrieve from or provide to MozaicQ.
    "Moderator" means Members of MozaicQ who are responsible for the moderation of one or more Communities.
    "Seller" means any Member that posts or makes Item(s) available for sale or for free through the MozaicQ Platform.
  17. Trademark, Copyright and Restriction
    This site is controlled and operated by MozaicQ and products are sold by respective Sellers. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on Website is solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and You must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Any use for which You receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause.
    Trademark complaint
    MozaicQ respects the intellectual property of others. In case You feel that Your Trademark has been infringed, You can write to MozaicQ at legal@mozaicq .com .
  18. Miscellaneous
    Nothing in these Terms and Policies shall prevent us from complying with the law. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein. Amendments to these Terms and Policies may be made from time to time without prior notice. Your use of the MozaicQ Platform after any amendments or updates to these Terms and Policies shall signify your acceptance of such revised terms. Members must comply with all applicable laws when using or accessing MozaicQ. MozaicQ uses certain content provided by Icons8.com adhering to the guidelines outlined by the owner of the aforementioned website. All content provided by MozaicQ and forming part of the MozaicQ Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, is the property of Stargazer Technologies Private Limited or its suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You shall not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules or restrictions on the MozaicQ Platform. In the event that any provision or part thereof is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision, or part thereof, shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and shall be binding upon the parties hereto as though such severed provision had not formed part of this Agreement.
  19. Order Management Policy – Delivery, Return, Exchange, Cancellation, & Refund
    The following Order Management policy is applicable to only those items sold through MozaicQ app or website unless and otherwise mentioned specifically in case of exceptions. Please note that any of these delivery/return/exchange/refund policy in full or parts is NOT applicable for products which are being just displayed on MozaicQ, or shared by users on MozaicQ and where the buyers and the sellers are doing any actual transaction outside MozaicQ platform.

    Depending on the nature of products and the seller, the products can typically take anywhere between 7-15 days to be shipped. The shipping locations are right now limited to India and is dependent upon the serviceability of our courier partners. In case your location is not serviceable, your order will not go through and you will be notified accordingly.

    Shipping Charges
    The items that you order in our platform may carry an additional shipping charge over and above the price of the product which may vary according to the nature of product, its volumetrics or your location. Any such charge would be specifically displayed to you during the purchase process.

    Order Tracking
    Once you order an item in our platform, you will be receiving suitable communicaction in the form of email, texts and/or in-app notifications and you will be able to track the status of your order via the link provided/in-platform/app screen.

    The following returns and Exchanges policy is applicable to all items sold through MozaicQ app or website unless and otherwise mentioned specifically in case of exceptions. For exceptions, please refer to the respective sections below or the product description pages. We shall keep updating sellers and products from time to time where such exceptions would be listed either in the sections below or would be specifically mentioned in the respective product description pages.
    In a general scenario, the Returns and Exchanges policy of MozaicQ provides you with an option to return or exchange items purchased on MozaicQ within 7 days of receipt of the item. However, it may be noted that the product should not be used and its original condition, tags and packaging should be preserved.
    There are two ways to return the product to us:
    1. Serviceable Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You should see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
    2. Non- Serviceable Pick up: If our courier partners don't offer a pick up at your location, you would need to contact us to facilitate your return request.

    Once we pick up and receive your returned product, a quality check of the product would be conducted at our end, and subject to the successful check, we will credit the amount you paid for the products into the refund mode selected by you at the time of initiating return request.
    If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will be unable to take further actions and one of our team members will get in touch with you for further steps.
    Please note that any exchange request is subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that exchanges will be offered specifically in case of certain products and would be limited to size. Those products where one can avail an exchange would be specifically mentioned in the Product description page.

    Following are the additional rules and exceptions if any for our Return Policy

    1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. For example, a home décor item which has come wrapped in a bubble wrap has to be wrapped the same way.
    2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from MozaicQ’s desktop/mobile sites or App. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline vendors or those sellers whose products are only displayed by us will be declined.
    3. Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges, if applicable.
    4. Under our Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed in specific products where the same is explicitly mentioned. Exchanges are allowed only, if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our courier partners.
    5. In case the items handed over to the courier person doesn't match the details of the items mentioned in the Return request, we will conduct an investigation and get back to you accordingly
    6. If you ship any product to the maker without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, MozaicQ cannot be held responsible in the process

    When will your return be picked up?
    Depending upon your area pin-code serviceability by our courier partner, we pick up the return shipment within 3-5 business days from the request placement date.

    Your return was picked up. When will you receive your Credits/Bank Refund/Exchange? The entire return request to refund process may take up-to 10 business days, from the date of raising the return request.

    Why did the pick-up of your product didn’t happen?
    We make two attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up by the second attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if the item meets the return criteria and is within 7 days from the date of delivery. For more details, please call our customer support team or mail us

    You were delivered a damaged/defective/partial/empty product. What do you do?
    MozaicQ employs some of the best standards of quality in terms of procurement and services of our product. However, in the event of an incident of a different/damaged/defective/partial/empty shipment delivered, please note that we expect you to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery (within two hours if it is a non-returnable/food item). Please take a snap of the product as and when it was opened and the damage was spotted. Kindly cooperate with us regarding the same as it wouldn’t be possible for us to take corrective action as these are time bound processes.

    You got a notification that your order was delivered , though you have not received it. What do you do?
    We request you to check with your apartment security or next door neighbour once. If it’s still not traceable, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery (within two hours if it is a non-returnable/edible item). Kindly cooperate with us regarding the same as it wouldn’t be possible for us to take corrective action as these are time bound processes.

    You think a shipment has been opened or seems tampered with?
    If the package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Please take a snap on your mobile and inform our Customer support team within 24 hours of the attempted delivery and we will guide you with the next steps (within two hours if it is a non-returnable/edible item). Kindly cooperate with us regarding the same as it wouldn’t be possible for us to take corrective action as these are time bound processes.

    How do you cancel your order if you want to?
    You can cancel an order for a certain period of time that is dependent on the nature and status of the product. To cancel an order, contact our customer support team via Chat, email or phone or use the order cancellation button/functionality in your app/website, if it is active.
    You just cancelled your order. When will you receive the refund?
    If you placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven't paid for the order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

    When will you receive your refund after a prepaid order cancellation?
    The refund is duly initiated from our end within 24 hours, however, it may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending upon the source of payment. This time is entirely dependent upon the source of the payment and we have no control over it. In case you do not receive funds beyond this timeline, you may always feel free to contact us and we will share a bank transaction reference number which can be used to trace the transaction or take any other remedial steps if need be.
    Your order didn't get placed, but the amount got debited. What happens next?
    • Sometimes it could take upto a maximum of 24 hours for the payment partners to provide us an update, however, as soon as we have the status, we update your order information accordingly
    • If the payment was debited from your account, however, not successfully captured at our end, it is a failed transaction and is generally reversed within 24-48 hours. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we are limited in our abilities to make this process faster. Please check with your bank for more details.
