COOKING GUIDELINES:

1. Take Graminway’s  Phulka  Atta in a mixing bowl and add water 

2. Knead well and fold in a few drops of oil to make a soft dough 

3. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes

4. Graminway’s Phulka Atta can be used for both sweet and savoury dishes. 

5. It can be entirely substituted for wheat flour for some dishes

6. Phulka Atta lends a soft and tender texture to baked dishes like breads and cakes.
